1. Acceptance

By accessing or using SignedSealed (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

SignedSealed provides software to funeral homes for tracking death certificates and communicating with certifying physicians and family contacts. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Subscriptions and payment

The Service is billed at $149 per month per location. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is current. Refunds are issued at our discretion.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Obtain proper consent before providing any person’s contact information to the Service.
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.

5. Text messaging (SMS)

SignedSealed sends automated text messages as part of the Service: status updates to consenting family contacts, reminders to certifying physicians, and a daily morning summary to directors who opt in.

Message frequency varies based on case activity and your settings.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier.

To opt out, reply STOP to any message. To opt back in, reply START.

For help, reply HELP or visit signedsealed.online/sms.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Intellectual property

The Service and its content are owned by SignedSealed and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SignedSealed is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which SignedSealed is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
